I havent felt like this in a long time... Do you ever feel like no matter what you do its never good enough? I have a job that i hate! It seems like no matter what i do its never good. I'm not well I have all the symptoms have trouble walking sometimes talking and thinking. All i want is to live a normal life again.

I just do not feel well and I really think that it's because I cried yesterday on my way to work about my Aunt who is in the hospital. I don't think that we will have her much longer. She is very frail. Now she needs help eating. So, this is the third time in a year that I felt this way after crying. I think crying releases toxins into my body. I also worked up a sweat at the gym...

I don't know if this would help, but I keep my iPhone handy for times like this - it helps me to put on headphones and either listen to soft music, ocean waves, or guided meditation to calm myself down and get grounded again. Then I try to reframe my expectations of myself and figure out how to divide up my tasks into more manageable chunks, etc, make a list and timeline of what is due when. Check in with folks to make sure you are on the right track, but other than that...what else can you do? You're doing the best you can.

You are living a normal life, just different, challenged.
Seek help from a psychologist for some talk therapy, it has done wonders for us.
Even when I had not been dx I had times that felt I was living on a treadmill. Now I have learned to pace myself, accept I have bad days. I started knitting just to feel im doing something when I cant get up.
Tomorrow will be a better day.
