Hello all,
I've been in a ldr for almost 2 years (20 months) it kinda literally fell In my lap, lolol, and the last couple of months have really been really hard for me. Our distance isn't that far 3-4 hours, and out of 31 days we mange to see each other 10 days a month (average) but it's getting harder and harder. I want to see him everyday, I want to wake up and sleep near him daily. I'm a remote worker and spend 75% of my time in the house. There are times where his life can be extremely busy and I feel left out, and that I get lost in the sauce. These are extremely difficult times for me. He makes efforts to include me in everything but sometimes the timing and distance just doesn't allow it. I'm somewhat an extrovert and love being social, but because I am in a relationship; I'm not on the scene or out as often. but I'm also not with my babe either. We have a relocation plan for me, but ...... it's still that time period in between where I'm lonely and needing him.i believe we have the same goals and desires for our relationship, (yes I've asked lol)

So mad at Xfinity! They're trying to charge me $115 per month for the same service I had been paying $50 the last four years. I took the equipment to UPS for shipping and cancelled my subscription today! Next door was a cookie shop called Crumbl. I had heard of it before but never went in until today. I don't need one more sugar fix, but maybe it will help with my sad) grieving heart....$15...

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. Today I thought about it, and I made those changes! She would always tell me that I chose to...

Long distance relationships can be difficult, even under the best of circumstances. It takes commitment, honesty, dedication, shared goals and timelines.
I think you need to think about what it is YOU really want out of YOUR life. Don't dwell on him, his busy work life, what he is doing.... think about what it is you want for your future life.
Do you keep social with friends, family... when you are apart? I think you going out and doing things and keeping busy will keep you from feeling less lonely in general. And, it may help you decide if this relationship is what you really, truly want. I assume you met online? The thing about online relationships is you really need to spend a significant amount of time together, in person, to really know the other person. 10 days out of a month, you two can be on your "best behavior". You need to see him when he is stressed, busy, sick.... all the sides of a regular relationship.
I would suggest seeing him more often (if you work remotely, then couldn't you spend more time at his place.... now?). Before you up and relocate, make sure you have spent a significant amount of time together first, before you give up your house, city, neighborhood, familiar things, etc. That is a big move and sacrifice you will be making. Make sure it is going to be what you really want. Example - will he have time for you at his place, will he be working less hours so that you two have time together.... or will it be kind of the same as it is now, him too busy for a relationship and a home-life with you now in his home.
Think about this. And go spend a month or two straight at his house. Go out with friends, keep yourself busy while you are apart.
