You may very well be depressed right now and that is a big deal. See if you can talk with a therapist. Betterhelp.com works well for me—- but it can be expensive so not sure if that will work for you. Try journaling every day. Write down every morning 3 things you are grateful for, and every night 3 good things that happened that day. It seems silly at first but keep doing it. Over time it helps re-wire your brain which right now is looking at all the negatives in your life.
It sounds like your job sucks but it is temporary. Make a plan for a better job. What’s it going to take to get there? Start doing it one baby step at a time.
This all probably seems overwhelming and that is normal and ok. Just focus on one baby step at a time and don’t worry about it all at once. But most importantly, find groups of people you can talk to, etc. And you can talk to me any time if you want, too.
You are a good person, you really are amazing, and you are loved.
I was in your shoes once. Please let me tell you what happened so that maybe you'll do it and it will help.
I was all alone years ago, and a single mom. I was usually depressed, then I hit rock bottom. I never knew what rock bottom was until I hit it. Then I KNEW something had to happen. So I called up the closest mental health hospital near me, I was crying hysterically, I was really dramatic and not faking it either. They told me to come in, they had an out-patient clinic that would help me. It's run by the State (I'm in New York). I went 11 years ago and I am almost 100% better. It was all free from the State. I got free counseling all those years, free access to doctors, free meds, lots of different helpful classes I could go to, they even had a gym!! And it didn't cost me a cent!! Please call your closest mental health hospital near you---I'll bet they have a clinic run by your state. Please contact them---it was the last resort for me and it sure worked.
Understanding why is so key, loving yourself for your own greatness is important.
We have to learn to be happy with ourselves, accept ourselves and love ourselves unconditionally.
You can not ignore the pain, the hurt, the sadness, these are important feelings and they make us human. When we listen to how we feel we can love ourselves and care for ourselves in a manner that is healthy and benefits us.
We are not always going to be happy, we are not always going to be sad, if fact many days we just merely exist and feel little.
If we are sad or anger or even happy we need to know why, none of these feelings are bad, only if we act out in a negative way does it make it bad. Which acting out can form a habit or pattern of destruction.
Many times people want to fix us or our problem, which normally we can fix our self, What we really need is a hug, an ear, or even a shoulder to just let us get out our feelings without judgement.
Many times we just need to hear someone ask why are we sad, and let us get it into light so we can deal with it.
I pray you keep seeking help and an ear to listen to you.
