I just wrote a post of a few paragraphs, and I don't know what I did, but it disappeared and another page came up.
I live in chronic pain, which is very isolating because people don't understand how it warps one's personality, aside from being exhausting.
I don't know if I can find my way back here, have a brain injury too, and memory is a problem; so are the many steps on an old SLOW desktop computer, etc.
IF I can get back and find this group, I'd love mutual support, getting to know someone more than "hi, sorry you're alone" kind of thing!
Maybe it's just me (I feel stupid), but I have a hard time making my way around these "disability oriented" websites.
So, I'm very alone, too, and hope to find my way back here. Do people here ever decide to email directly? Is that unsafe somehow? Judgment was knocked for a loop in the MVA in which I got the TBI (brain injury). Sorry for the ramble. Good luck to us all!
I'll send you a direct email through DS which is pretty safe. You probably don't want to share your personal email with strangers or use IM apps that connect you to personal information like facebook messenger or Whatsapp.
I hope you find your way back, when you do I'll explain FFS later. :)
