I know who I want to be and im confident in myself but yet im still lonely and miss my college friends to death..... I know its normal but I cry every time I think about them cause of how I left them... which I don't want to really talk about.....

John, since you miss your college friends, I'm assuming you have graduated? How many years has it been since you were in college with your friends? Are you now in the workforce? Are there opportunities to make new friends with those you may now work with?

I went through a period of that when I had left a two year course, I was devastated by having to leave, bursting out into tears, I was a mess so I journal-ed about it and poured out all o my emotions and it got better, no more emotional scenes, thankfully!

I really think it would be good for you to talk about it, if not with us, but at least with a Therapist. Are you close enough to your college friends where you can get a hold of them and get together again? What can we do to help you through this? Hugs GB
