Worst night I've had in a while although my nights are getting progressively worse. Fell asleep lightly till about 2 or 3 a.m and then couldn't go back to bed and couldn't stop all sorts of negative thoughts. It's hard to explain but I got so angry and in a fit where I literally laid in bed tossing and turning hearing my billion numerous thoughts untill about 6 a.m. Then I get woken up at 7:30 by mom. I don't even think I have insomnia, think I have delayed sleep phase syndrome but now its getting worse than ever before...I am persistent at going to bed early and getting up early but my body isn't adapting and now it's not even falling asleep deeply in the wee hours of the morning. In other words, I think it's causing me total insomnia.
After this Friday, I'm on spring break and will be doing a combination of sleep restriction, light therapy, and taking near the end of when I have to go back to school then I'm not putting up with it anymore. I'm tired of fighting my body. I'll either kill myself or switch careers I want to do and become someone who can work night shifts. Fuck you insomnia.

I was pretty nervous about it, because I've never had any procedures related to my heart or any other major organs. I've had knee surgery and thyroid surgery, but to me anything to do...

Now that I am not talking to my whatever best friend, I realized that her life is full of drama. I had grown tired of hearing her stories about her boyfriend many months ago. She basically had been monopolizing conversations for that long too. She pretty much stopped asking me questions about me. I passed her in front of her classroom the other day and didn't even look at her. I am...

Good luck with your sleeping techniques. Maybe some sleep medication might help you. Try to stay positive and calm because getting mad and frustrated makes the tossing and turning worse. I know how you feel.
