I was just thinking about normal relationships and Affair relationships and the lifecycle as it were.
Normal
Find someone through a friend or party or wherever discuss common interested exchange phone numbers
Affairs
Find someone wherever (gym/facebook) they either know your married or are about to find out.

Start dating go out to restaurants meet up somewhere in public - get to know each other, set up other times and figure out if you have anything in common not normally talking about your past realtionships - normally a major turn off.
Affairs
Setup sneak around times when the spouse isnt watching talking about the spouse demonize the spouse or your situation. Sneaking/lying/deceit

Bring your new GF to parites have them get to know your friends get to know their friends get to know their families, extended families. Start to go steady.

Sneak around dont let anyone know about the AP, certainly dont tell your family or your Spouse. Dont go out in public what so ever.
I could add to this and others are welcomed but you can see the deceitful/betrayal/sneaky narrative to this whole situation. It just makes me sick.

What we thought of as a "normal" relationship, with the openness, and unveiling publicly as it is what it is......
And then someone saying on here, what was the old "normal", is no longer that, but about 50% likely that it is a cheater, and they are hiding or veiling their secret.....
Yeah, how ironic is that, that the new normal, is sadly no what we thought it was. But after experiencing betrayal, I've come to one conclusion which will probably be the case until the day I die..and that is:
We never know what goes on behind closed doors.
We may never really "know" a person completely....yup, even our spouse, or sig. other...... all we really know...is what they want us to know, and what they are comfortable and ready to reveal (which sadly may be a partial picture, or a totally inaccurate picture, more commonly called a "lie").
That's my story...and I'm stickin' to it!!!
