Biopsy about 7 years ago with no scarring
A bit scarred I have 3 kids until 6 to care for but not working so greatful for that.

probably had the disease for @ 25 years.
2003 48 weeks interferon/ribavirin, cleared then relapsed 3 months after tx. now on triple tx with victrelis undetaectable at weeks 8,12 and 16 now on 19th week of 36 week tx.

Treated 5 times. Relapsed after one year on Interferon/Riba
tried 3 more times and was a slow responder and it came back each time less than a year. Did triple last Sept/Oct. and couldn't finish. Was told I had to get off of it.
Triple in only 3 weeks, was undetectable but now is back in the millions.
Have come to the conclusion that life is what I make it and I know my limitations. Have several other auto immune diseases because of HCV. I pray for all of you every day. And pray they come up with an easy treatment for all of us. Until then I'll live as long as God sees fit.
