Great idea eyore - come here first. One of my favorites from AA - yes, I'm one of those, but I really don't preach - it just works for me. Anyway one of my faves is "There are two days of the week you can drink". Of course I immediatly thought of Friday and Saturday. The real answer is "Yesterday and tomorrow, just don't drink today". It's easy for me now. I've been sober for a long time. But I DO REMEMBER how hard it was in the beignning. It's different for everyone of course. I hope with all my heart for you (and anyone who is struggling) that it becomes easier - whatever the battle may be. Then we can beat this damn dragon and get on with some fun living.
