I'm feeling much better about my choice. I'm doing the right thing.
Just eat well, rest, get some moderate exercise and try to reduce stress.

Very exciting...I will be following your progress.
I'd focus on minimizing sugar and processed food, eat well, sleep well, eliminate toxins (cigarettes, etc) and exercise.
