Tell them the more I hear that question, the sicker I get. Sometimes gets to the point of going POSTAL !

I just tell em "shitty......" but thats life. I have bad days,..... and really bad days. The bad days are the good days if ya know what I mean.
Everyone says...You look good. I tell em thanks did you notice I lost 40 lbs. in 3 months and my hair is getting so thin I may get buzzed soon. I'm tired of cleaning it out of the sink and tub! Anyway I agree that they they are just tryin to be nice so I just tell em the truth. I get good input from the people who really know me. I'd like to give some of em a good shot of it in the neck and in 5 hours say....How ya feelin... Ya look great!!! whats that strange look in your eye and why are you shaking?

"I don't feel like talking about it" I used that line a few times.

I hated that, people would ask me the same thing and then if I said anything negative like "I'm really tired or I feel sick" they'd just cut me off and be like "oh well it can't be that bad." No really it can be. You just have to take a deep breath.

I have a tendency to yell I AM FINE! Which clearly lets the "asker" know I am irritaed that they are even asking. But this makes matters worse for then they know I am not fine. Then they want to know what they can do. Unless you can knock me out for the rest of this 48 weeks, you can't do shit!

I guess I would be thankful if more people would ask, guess I'll be as concerned about them if and when they get sick. I've e-mailed people I thought would care but if I don't update they don't ask, so I don't tell. If I died tomorrow they would say oh I didn't know she was so sick, not that I am. Is that because you didn't ask. So, apparently people can't win.

The one I love is.... well you look pretty good. I think yeah as opposed to what? Does that mean you expect me to look like night of the living dead or?

I rested for a few days so I could be at this event.

Sarah is back and she is feeling all positive. If she is this positive and she just ended treatment just think how she will be a month from now. Sarah, your such a good role model for the newbies!

Always be positive. Someone stopped me today and asked if I was feeling better......."What do you mean?" I asked her.
"You looked like you were really feeling bad on Tuesday, but today (Thursday), you look like you're feeling pretty good."
(I hesitated), then said, "what the hell......"
I told her I had just completed 24 weeks of treatment for HCV and some days were pretty bad..... She said she had heard that and kept me in her prayers........... There you go.

almost no one where i work knows I'm doing tx. I do try and stay positive but when people who know I'm sick ask how I'm feeling for something to say I almost feel the need to be sarcastic.

BTW Nice dancing Sarah! The way you dance makes you look so young.
