clinicaltrials.gov is not usually up to date anyway. I believe that unless a clinic is govt owned trials will continue since their primary funding is by the phama co. I'll give my clinic a call tomorrow, they owe me a script.

I am just grateful that I was born back when the USA was the best country in the entire world. My childhood was magical - growing up in a small town in nw PA. This time of the year, especially, it was like being in a village with an enchanted forest surrounding it - leaves of brilliant oranges, reds, golds - the smell of autumn in the air. No tv until I was maybe 6, and we did just fine without it. We actually learned to READ for enjoyment and played outside until dark every night with no worries. When JFK was shot, things shifted - to the dark side. All of us who were alive then know it. And by now, 51 years later, this country is no longer the one our fathers (WWII) and grandfathers (WWI) fought and sometimes died for.

The government shut-down is another farce of fear dumped upon all of us. The hell with those in power - they make me sick.

I'd like to live in Canada too - and am glad some of you do. The USA is the laughing stock of the world. "Love it or leave it?" Well, just how can we leave it - we are all fucking BROKE or soon will be. I spend five years living in Europe 30 years ago - and we were despised even then. Hmmm, yes, I myself have noticed that the clinicaltrials.gov website was out-dated.
I am thinking that this political uproar will simmer down, in a few weeks, and that it is a "bluff", but I am also ignorant about politics, as it doesn't interest me much.
Of course, if anybody in my area (The S.F. Bay Area) does end up having their Treatment delayed, I am totally down with having a Protest, making signs, calling The Press, and marching for justice. My fellow Hepsters need to recieve their Treatment..when?? Now!!!!
