Like others have said, Riba can sometime make it had to sleep, and watch out for sun exposure, especially since you live in Florida. Oh, and keep drinking water - all day, every day.

Thanks for the tip on not taking the Riba too close to bedtime. I don't need any extra insomnia. I have enough problems with that. Eyelid theater all night, tired all day. LOL. Alarm on phone is a great idea and already set it! It'll remind me to take my blood pressure meds and allergy pills too. ;-)
As for water, I've already drank 48 ounces of water plus 2 cups of coffee and and a small orange juice and it's not even 10 am here. I'm swimming! LOL.

That was super high for me as weight based dosage that was appropriated for a 220 lb person. I weigh 170 lbs.
Dr. said he was pushing the limit for me ..bastard! lol
