If we go to NYC we should take in a broadway show. On Joep of course. Even if he doesn't usually join our partys.... You don't have to actually take the SHOT Joey... you don't even have to have hep to come to our parties.
I like upstate NY too. It is beautiful there.

Tulsa, ask your hubby if he remembers or knows the Utica Hotel. I went on my little trip last Oct and stayed there one night. It was a 'grand old hotel' in it's day. A bit less grand when I stayed there, but still impressive. Presidents stayed there, the Yankees, Judy Garland sang from the balcony overlooking the large foyer. Huge crystal chandeliers from the second floor overlooking the foyer. It also kind of reminded me of the old hotel in 'The Shining'.. I was a little creeped out walking down the hallway to my room, after taking the ancient elevator up to my floor.
It's a really old town. The architecture in the town was terrific in some buildings.
