I know what a few of my husband's prior loves look like - they're all pretty small women, in the neighborhood of five feet or so. And I'm 4'11".

We were watching Olympic pairs figure skating today, and the American woman was tiny, especially next to her partner. I looked over at hubby, and he was just staring lol

I asked him what he finds so attractive about small women. He shrugged and said maybe it's just that women are generally on the smaller side, so "a little thing like you seems especially feminine to me."

I guess I know how I first caught his eye lol ^_^

Went to see Vampire Academy last night then got a volcano roll from a Japanese place after the movie. Good stuff both the movie and the food. ^_^

i have to admit, i am surprised that i have not had calls back from job interviews! i had one on friday, but my phone cut out so bad i couldnt hear the name of the person and then the call disconnected. i am going to mail out some paper resumes today. But i got a raise at my home-care job and have been picking up extra shifts there, so i am not too worried about it.

deb------i am the same way with tall men and short women. I dont know why, but if you look at my priors almost all of the guys were over 6 feet tall and the girls were almost all shorter than me. of course, there are always exceptions, but the majority.

I was rooting for Shaun White to win another Medal tonight.. *sigh*

Been referencing General Robert E Lee for my history project. I also found some information regarding his horse and the fact he called the horse "Traveller" and that the original name for the horse was called "Greenbrier". Also found an image of him with his wife, another with his sons, and I also provided a bibliography even though this is being made into a scrapbook.

I honestly cannot wait for V-Day to be over. Last year on this day I was at my happiest. I had my operation done and I also celebrated 1 year with my ex. Well I found out 2 weeks later he had contemplated breaking up with me since this day. Honestly if it was just the anniversary and I was still preop it wouldn't have impacted me as much, but the fact I did something to make myself happy and on that day he wanted to break up with me? No me gusta. Don't mean to sound selfish, but it comes across like he only wanted me while I was still pre-op. So this day will forever be my most hated day of the year.

I felt awful that Plushenko had to withdraw out of men's skating.. But after he did that spin you could see the pain he was in.. I'm glad he didn't go out floundering. He has been a joy to watch for many years.

Ms.Viv. I agree with you about Shaun and I hated to see Plushenko have to withdraw too. When I saw that scar on his back it looked almost exactly like mine from my spinal fusion surgery I had last October . :(

I still can't understand why the German speed skater gal ( can't remember her name ) got disqualified for barely moving her ARM what seemed like a millisecond? It wasn't her FOOT for gosh sakes. It was so sad seeing her break down. Four years of training and then to get disqualified. so sad.

Some people, I'd love to beat with a wooden spoon and a wet noodle. But that solves nothing.
