and i have officially been offered a second job doing PRN work in a nursing home! so now i have my part-time job working in the mornings in home with someone on a regular basis, and now i can pick up full-time shifts when needed and when i want! score!

Went in to the doctor today and had a 101 degree temp, with strep throat and an ear infection in both ears :/ Perfect! Next time, I'm not waiting so long to go in. Lol.

Now to begin the antibiotics...

Did you try another fan -plugged into cooler..see if the problem is the fan or the cooler..

Need more info on what it is or is not doing.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
