YESS!!!!!
I ate too much of it though... now I'm dal stuffed. Hehe.
oh, and something else new. Apparently i "look" ultra-conservative and stuck-up according to my younger class mates. they were talking about how many people i have slept with and said i had probably only slept with my husband. i started laughing my ass off. they were like, "so, more than 6?" and eventually got up to "more than 20?" before i said, "are you asking how many PEOPLE or how many MEN?" omg. you would have thought i fired a shot-gun in the middle of the room. they were freaking out and said, "you have slept with a GIRL?" and i said, "no. i have slept with multiple girls. that is part of being bisexual." apparently i dont "look" like i would be bisexual. also, why is being bi such a taboo thing? people say they are straight and no one cares. people say they are gay and it is no big deal anymore. someone says they are bi and it is like you are the biggest whore to ever live! geesh.
so, being the sweet peach i am (haha!) i made some of my gluten-free blue-berry oatmeal muffins for all the cna's who helped train me. Then my daughter won the most compliments in her class and gets to eat doughnuts with the principal...only she cant eat doughnuts because of the celiac disease. so, mommy to the rescue. made gluten-free cinnamon rolls.......oh, and then i find out that it is teacher appreciation week and my daughter wants to make her teachers favorite treat...so we made our version of muddy-buddies using chocolate soy butter, sunbutter, coconut oil, and gluten-free chex.
oh, and did i mention that i am badly sun-burned from working in the yard yesterday, but still walked one of the dogs up to pick up my daughter from school so she could show her off?
now... i am off... to shower...AND PASS THE FUCK OUT.
I have to say though, you better get with it Des and start looking bi? It's simple, you just get "I'm Bisexual" tattooed across your forehead or stick a post-it note on your forehead.
I think the reason some people see things as taboo is because they don't understand and those people won't take the time to educate themselves about whatever it is so they put on the taboo list.
NOW BACK TO THE CONVERSATION!!!!
So you told these wide-eyed newbies that you were bi? You seriously opened up to these folks like that? Whew, bold! I couldn't imagine the look on their faces when you surprised them with all that. Guarantee you any straight guys in that group immediately went to their homes, rooms, dorms, or car and gave themselves a little tugaboo with THAT image. Nice!
Ok, regarding the job thing -- I KNEW something great would happen for you. You worked way too hard to think you'd not have something come out of this. So good for you! You should be proud and reward yourself with something! :)
Sounds like it's a fun and good group you study with. Just hope they're all decent people and not ones to go spouting off a the mouth. Not that it's a secret, but that it shouldn't be fodder for gossip, you know?
oh and that my day sucked arse but ive vented so all is cool in memeland again
Okie, you always make me smile, but you need to be spanked by a bi...i'll let that sink in for a minute :)
