Stressed out...

Hello all! I could really use some help :/ my boyfriend is extremely stressed and told me that he is not enjoying sex like he did in the past. He explains that this is one reason why he does not want to move in with me. We’ve been together for 6 years and he says that he’s willing to work on us and staying together. I am trying to be there for him but we are in a long distance relationship right now. I Feel that this will pass but it’s very stressfully  does anyone have any advice for me?

If he is not enjoying the sex, then it sounds like the problem is with him. You say y'all are in a long distance relationship, so I'm assuming that there is only limited opportunities to have sex. So any male that doesn't enjoy it to the fullest when he does get it either means he has a problem with his sex drive or maybe he's already been getting it somewhere else. Just my opinion of course.

How does he intend to work on the relationship if he does not enjoy having sex with you? I tend to agree that he is either losing interest in the relationship all together or met someone. You know him best though so I could be wrong.

In my personal experience self esteem has an effect on sexual enjoyment. It’s important to remember that self esteem means liking yourself. It also reflects how we feel about our actions. Are we acting in an esteemable way? This is about emotional health. Something we all have to work on to be in a good relationship with ourselves and others.

Another issue that is causing serious problems is porn. I find it’s negative and empties our vitality. Healthy sex and porn are at opposite ends. In a distant relationship do you think he could be indulging?

    We all have 24 hours in a day.  How we spend these hours is important.  Watching a little bit of a video about how sitting affects us made me aware of how much sitting and laying down I do.  Gonna have to work on that.Your turn.  Tell me another truth.
