Met up and things went really fast everything first month wonderful now I am just in free fall anxiety is he the right one do I love him as much as he loves me? Ruminating catastrophic thinking. I know it's new but it feels like I have been waiting 10 years and we had such a connection even when we met recently then boom my anxiety my what if thinking me questioning everything. I am a mess can't concentrate at work always on my mind. This happens alot when ever something new happens in my life buy a house and having anxiety about that too

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

No one knows the future. But that's kind of the fun of life. Don't rush life. Enjoy each day for what it is. Live in the present (all things my therapist has said).
Do you usually want to know now what's going to happen, in all aspects of your life? Or just with this guy?
Look up some grounding techniques on google.... They will help while you're in high anxiety and bring you down fairly quickly
One is describe your favourite room.... You have to talk it out in detail.... So if it's your bedroom describe the comfort... the furnishings, the colours and fabrics.... Describe all of this out loud and you'll calm within a few minutes
Another thing that can help your high anxiety is colouring.... Get some colouring books and when you start to feel anxious colour
These things won't solve your problems but they will help during the anxious periods... ... They work..... Gentle hug... It's wonderful that you've started therapy..... xo
