My boyfriend of almost 4 years seems to always have an excuse as to why we can't have sex. He's either too tired, his back hurts, we're watching a movie, it's the middle of the day, etc. When we were first dating we had very intimate sex and I felt like he really found me attractive. For the past 2 years he hasn't been into sex. He seems tense and we don't kiss during it (we NEVER even have a makeout session). I seem to be doing ALL of the work. I've talked to him several times over the years and nothing has changed. He closes his eyes every single time we have sex and he always comments on my stomach. I have finally reached a point in my life where I am super confident about my body, but when it comes to being intimate, I feel like I'm one of the ugliest girls in the world to him. I'm new to this whole online support group thing because I have gotten to the point where I need someone to talk to.

We all have 24 hours in a day. How we spend these hours is important. Watching a little bit of a video about how sitting affects us made me aware of how much sitting and laying down I do. Gonna have to work on that.Your turn. Tell me another truth.
No, none of this sounds healthy.
Asking if you have to.poop is a negative comment in that he's purpously pointing out something that makes you feel bad. That's rotten.
First, don’t confront him about the problem.
Second, study the gentle art of seduction, and apply your lessons delicately.
Third, when he talks about your relationship, listen.
You always want to keep your lines of communication open. You can address the issue, but only in non-confrontational ways.
Pretend he is an attractive stranger that you want to meet. Entice him with your body, your voice and your language. Let him decide that he wants you again.
When he makes a comment, try not going on the defensive. Instead, draw him out. Find out what he is thinking, and why he is saying what he does.
Some men have a hard time saying what they need to. Once they are all tangled up inside, a tweezer will work where a hammer won't. Good luck.
