Feeling unloved when theres no physical attentio

Hi,
i was just wondering if anyone out there could possibly help me get through some really horrible moments of very low self esteem. My husband and I have been together for 18 years (we are high school sweethearts) and married for over 12. We have what I consider a very healthy relationship and yet lately I am like a teenage boy who needs sex and affection and all that good stuff a lot! More then usual. Without being too graphic, both my husband and I are very sexual and do have sex almost daily, so I guess that's why when there is a day that we don't it feels really horrible! I start doubting our whole relationship, and I look down on myself as an attractive woman. We have two beautiful children together and although I do try and look after myself, I know there are plenty of very attractive younger females out there in eyes sight for candy and I hate it. It's summer here and the amount of skin that's being showed out in public is scary!!!
anyway I guess I just need some advice as to how to not be so "offended" when he only pecks me goodnight or doesn't try and grab my arse when I'm parading in a thong passed him... it might sound really stupid but it is really devastating for me and it's like I go into panic...
thanks for your time guys x

We all have 24 hours in a day. How we spend these hours is important. Watching a little bit of a video about how sitting affects us made me aware of how much sitting and laying down I do. Gonna have to work on that.Your turn. Tell me another truth.
I guess I'd say that relationships kind of have these waves, and you kind of have to take your ego out the equation so it doesn't feel like rejection or as if it's personal.
For me, I've never measured myself against other women, ever. Why do that to yourself. I mean, that's sort of psychological self mutilation. The world is full of young beautiful women. They have nothing to do with me or my relationship.
Do you think your increased sex drive is related to other things going in in your relationship? Do you guys talk about this stuff with each other?
Having been in sexless relationships, I found 4 causes of bad sex life
1. Low testosterone and ther medical problems.
This is is a huge one because once a man feels it in his mind, but the penis doesn't cooperate, it starts a vicious cycle of performance anxiety which in turn makes everything worse.
2. Sex life got boring and/or he is attracted to someone else.
3. Stress
4. Your relationship is not in good standing
I think it is possible that your husband is just getting older. Daily sex is pretty amazing !
