You are welcome to read other entries in my Journal. This was yesterday. ~~~Went to church, dropped his Mustang off at the parsonage. Our pastor is in need of a car for a month while the transmission is fixed/replaced in h is car. So I suggested we loan one of ours; his Mustang, my Focus, and his truck. I was so embarrassed because when he gave our pastor the keys he mentioned an oil change was in need. Ugh. Of course he said 'no problem, I can get that done.' Talk about dropping a hint! I don't dare to tell him how I thought that went down. Anyway, we went to the pharmacy to pick up some hair and nail stuff, and milk. He said he would drop me off while he went to the grocery store; I told him there was milk at the store I was going to; he said nothing and dropped me off. He picked me up and I told him indeed there was milk at about the same price he probably spent. He said nothing. So, he asked me send a text to his son whose name begins with a 'W' . As I scrolled I saw a name of an old girl friend 'W' of whom I thought he erased 2 years ago. Of course I said, 'you still have her name in your phone? I thought you got rid of it.' He told me to erase it but told him it wasn't my place. I told him I wanted to tell him how I feel about all this, he begrudgingly said fine go ahead. I told him I thought he erased it 2 years ago and there was no need to have it; he said you're right she got married yesterday. They're friends on FB, apparently. WOW! I didn't anything else. He told me all I do is nag and bitch. I told him to pull over so I could get out of the car, I couldn't stand to be in his presence. I threw the phone at him. He didn't pull over, we went home. We made ourselves lunch, I went out to the back yard. He was going to his son's house and asked if I was going. I told him 'I hadn't planned on it, so no I'm not going'. I don't know what to do. I feel like he's wearing away at me little by little every day.

I'm feeling down,, and got alot on my mind right now. I got grief going on, on top my depression and anxiety and now I got to worry about somewhere to live since I can't afford living here since my mom passed. So many bad things have happened since my mom passed. One thing after another it seems. Yesterday our fence fell from a storm that hit, had to call someone to prop it up. Thank...
The point isn't to criticize but to help the best we can in our limited way... Big hug for you and a blessing...x
My ex wouldn't/couldn't handle my menopausal years. Heck, I even had a difficult time! Those were the worst years and I am still on meds my former psychiatrist prescribed to help me cope with, what he calls is a form of, PTSD.
There is a very line I am learning not to cross when my husband's P/A behavior rears its ugly head. So, my part is not feed this behavior, but not be a doormat; not lose myself.
Honey, that is abuse and you need to wake up and get out.
there is plenty of blame to go around, i did not mean it is all you. i just did notice some things. i'm sure he does his share of things too, like you mention. i in know way suggest you just put your feelings aside. i was more trying to say pick your battles, or don't sweat the small stuff. i know it's not easy. but some things are not worth fighting over, and others are. i think if like you say, you are more direct when you want something from him, and clearly state what it is you want, when you want it, you may get better results. but also from your further posts, it sounds like the two of you have some more serious issues. i do agree w whoever suggested couples counceling. i wish the best to you!
He's a grown man and aught to be able to control himself. I would also make sure you do have some money put away or get a prepaid phone you can use that you keep somewhere incase you would ever need to leave.
I am not pushing you to leave him, just encouraging you to be prepared should you ever get to the point where you are done. Your dynamic as a couple is not solely his fault but him getting physical is all on him, no matter how much you nag him or frustrate him.
