For me, while I was dating my husband, he probably paid for dinner the first 2 months we were dating. I offered but he wanted to pay. As we became an actual couple, we shared in the expenses of going out.

Are you thinking she should be doing more than giving you a peck on the lips, simply because you paid for three dates?

Three dates to me is not a long enough time to know if she's just enjoying the fact that you're paying for dinner and has no intentions of actually having a relationship with you. I mean, sure maybe, but for me, there aren't enough free dinners in the world to make me want to waste my time on someone I probably don't want to really be involved with. I guess I would look for other vibes or signs about whether she seems into you or not because it could be she's conservative or traditional, or is just trying to take things slow. Hard to say.

Are you interested in more with her? Not as in just a hookup because you bought dinner, but a growing relationship? If there's a 4th date, see if she's willing to pay, that will tell you something.

How'd everything else go during those 3 dates? Did it seem like she was involved? Did she attempt to make conversation? Did she look directly into your eyes? Did she smile and laugh at your jokes? Or did she just sit there like a bump on a log and look everywhere else but you, like she didn't really want to be there, but was enjoying a free meal?

Free food has nothing to do with whether something is going somewhere or not. Come on.

Why would you even care whether or not she has interest in you? Why consider a 4th date with her? Texting when out with someone is rude whether it's a first date, third date or if you're together for many years.

Yep, she was bored, not interested, and just there for the free food. By the way, rmb, the point is not free food, the point is consideration for the person you're with. If she was at all invested, by date #3, she would've offered to at least share the bill, out of consideration for him, and as a way of buying her way OUT OF feeling obligated to give herself physically!
