Many I never herd of and yes I agree that they say what we want to hear.. Just my 2 cents..
The health care plan you describe was enacted by Mitt Romney while he was governor of Massachusettes. Hillary's current plan is basically a re-hash of her failed plan in 1993-94.
Most of the democrat health care plans do not include choice.
nobody. I'm a free market guy - why can't health care be like veterinary care or car care, with competition and quality of care determining costs and availability. And just have catastrophic health insurance to help with surgeries and major diseases etc. Maybe inact Romney's plan for that - to help those who couldn't afford that.
We need to think outside the box as far as the government being the cure-all (no pun intended) for societies problems.
The insurance companies are blood sucking vampires. We need to be rid of them.
Douglas Adams, the author of the Hitchhiker's guide to the Universe postulated that the earth was actually colonized from a planet that put all of their sales people, lawyers, insurance company workers, politicians and all of the other parasites on society on a one way spacecraft to earth.
I'd have to agree with him.
I wouldn't be quite as charitable as Douglas Adams.
Two points to anybody who remembers the movie Soylent Green. Yep, that's what I'd do with insurance company employees and neoconservatives.
