Hillary all the way!

I vote for John Edwards. He seems to think
for himself and have smart plans. He seems to represent what this country needs.

You know John Edwards made his millions as a trial lawyer. The kind of lawyer that has made medical practice (particularly OB/GYN) in southern illinois so costly (I believe the town was colinsville), that a whole city didn't have any doctors.
Also, I heard his health care plan will be MANDATORY, in other words, no choice. Where's the freedom in that policy?

I think it would be Obama. His mother went through a rough time with her healthcare and it's become a passionate issue with him because of it.

my job is marketing for home care, I speak to many drs. everyday. we all agree that our health care system is not working.. BUT AND THIS FROM THE DRS. I SEE THEY ALL TELL ME HILLARY WILL RUIN HEALTH CARE AND WE WILL BE WORSE OFF THEN WE ARE NOW.

No but this may be our only chance to help many..many people in this country today. It is a burden and we need to educate our selfs. Thanks for all the site referrals. I don'e even care much for Oprah...but..this is a regualar person that has been through personal hell and back and still manages to do good in her lifetime. I am so greatful for this place. This has been debunked. The insurance companies are making billions while trying to convince the American people they are broke. DON'T BELIEVE THEM. Administrative costs drive heath care costs up more than insurance premiums. Sure insurance premiums are high but it's only because the greedy insurance companies are making billions by convincing us to pity them. Please lets get the facts out. Why do we allow ourselves to be lied to over and over again. It says something about us.

I trust very few of them these days. They are in the pockets of the pharmaceutical companies and medical products manufacturers.

Are you insane? Look where they have gotten us thus far. No bid contracts, $9T in debt, $9B of taxpayer dollars gone missing by no bid contractors, corruption at the justice department, torture, sex perverts, release of serial killer from prison, treasonous outing of a CIA agent, war for oil, lies leading us into the war, destruction of government emails, shredding of the constitution, destruction of the middle class, enhancement of wealth of the very rich and much more.

Anyway, our governor here in IL started a form of socialized health care and has chased businesses and jobs out of IL. With the burden of his social programs on the state budget, basic services are not being funded adequately.
We are no longer suprised to see state roads not salted or plowed during and immediately after a snow storm (no $$ for plow driver overtime), no funding for regional transportation (his answer is a massive expansion of gambling), and a crumbling infrastructer (roads and bridges).
Socialized health care is useless if you can't even get to a doctor or hospital in a snowstorm.

luvcarz this is a myth. We as a people have rejected taxes over and over again and we are funding a needless war with debt. We are paying for those tax cuts to the wealthy by decreased funding for programs that at one time made our society great. Take education; it has been documented through studies that for every dollar you spend on education society gets approximately ten dollars back. Our infrastructure throughout the country is deteriorating not because of social programs but because of tax cuts to the rich. You have been spoon fed by the wicked right and corporate media. I believe in taxes. It use to be during and after WWII that if you didn't pay your fair share of taxes you were considered treasonous. Sixty percent of corporations DO NOT pay taxes. I ask you. Is that fair?

I'm feeling anything anyone promises is not what we are going to get. You know there are too many doctors, lawyers, and insurance companies that are not going to let the common folk in their wallets.

We need another FDR, campaign reform and educated voters. It's a tall order.

My vote is going to the only candidate with any real understanding of the healthcare & health insurance industries, Dr. Ron Paul.
