Your thyroid levels are likely still quite off which will explain why you feel this way.
I have been in the same boat one way or another as others have. It could be really awful at times when my anxiety/panic attacks was ongoing (at least it seemed like it at the time).
I was so glad when my thyroid levels finally settled down and I could see the light at the end of the tunnel.
