Sometimes cries for help go unnoticed, and by then it's too late. I believe I sent you an invite to the VTL group, you might think of joining. Take care.
LOVE is what we need more of and you r doin the right thing by posting this for others to read and learn and maybe ask for help or reconsider our own situations.
www.towriteloveonherarms.com is a site to help prevent suicide. It was created to help a Mom who lost her son to suicide. I got LOVE tattoo'd in pink and red on my forearm to help with my part to help in the spread of LOVE.
HOWEVER, and this doesn't happen or pertain to everyone but me too I am a sufferer of depression and other Mental Issues and in my past i have unsuccessfully tried to finish my life. I have racing thoughts all the time of wanting to quit, and it seems no matter who I reach out to the help is all bullshit and I end up confined in a psych ward where it seems to me all they care about is their paychecks. So I sleep tons and it seems that the littlest things can send me off into deep depressions. I take my lithium to balance my mood swings, go to my group therapies, try to not drink or get hi too often, yet here I lie, all depressed and in bed all the time.
It;s not fair to my girlfriend, the dog, my family, friends, or even myself, but the alternative of getting committed and not really getting any help is not something I ever wanna participate in again.
I used to pour my heart out in my journals, but even there I was getting negative feed back, so I don't post as often. This isn't even annonymous anymore
This is serious. There are various resources: The www.TrevorProject.org, It gets Better Project, SAVE.org, The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline 1-800-273-8255, and most importantly.... 911.
I have felt so bad at times that breating becomes difficult. In order to be happy we must learn to love ourselves. Then it will become easier to love others and attract love. Being sad and quiet will not attract happiness and the living.
We are here for you. If you see me online feel free to talk to me anytime. Shane has promoted me to give advice so I will at the bst of my abilities.

Peace out!
As a suicidal person.... even with knowing that there are people who care... there is also the thought of them eventually getting over it, since everyone can get over a death, even if it takes them years. I have tried to take my life more than once, each failing of course, but I still think about trying everyday.
Sometimes I feel like there is no help, and when someone tries to help, I feel worse if they cannot help me feel a lot better.
Thanks for the words though.....
