Ive been drinking crystal light every day for six month, im starting to get sick of It.Beside crystal light and water what do you enjoy drinking?

Poland Spring has this Nature Blend's it has 100 calories a bottle but it is so good and is worth it if you want something different to drink and not using up all your calories a day like I am not doing. I don't drink it everyday but when I want to treat myself I do.

Mio and caffeine free hot sleepytime tea with splenda and 2 tsp of powdered creamer. The creamer will cost you 20 calories so this is my bedtime treat, but I LOVE it!

I do Kool Aid, with the liquid Sweet N Low, for some reason the sugar substitutes dont disolve all that well. I also drink Hot Cocoa, and Chicken Broth. If your out and about any of the Fuze bottled drinks only have 1g sugar so I get those too.

I drink just plain old water. I am not picky with the kind I drink, I get whatever is on sale or just use my brita pitcher if I am home.

I also drink decaf tea and decaf coffee, and I love Chick Fil A's diet lemonade.

I forgot.. that my new love is Wawa Diet Green Tea. For those of you who don't live in the Philadelphia area Wawa is kind of like a 7 Eleven or Turkey Hill but they have their own dairies and have their own drinks like iced tea and juice drinks.

I drink my protein shake, water... and red wine every so often. If I get really bored with my water, I put fruit in it or a little pure fruit juice. Artificial sweeteners give me carb cravings so I try to avoid them

Thanks for all the ideas, im gonna try some of them. I only drink crystal light water and propel grape. Ive been afraid to try much else. Certain things make a tummy feel very icky. Its a picky thing:)
