I drink skim milk in the am with my medication, the rest of the day is whatever I can get my hands on that is sugar free: water, coffee, iced tea, hot herbal tea, Vitamin Water Zero.

I drink mostly tap water. but, on occasion, I drink tap water with any drink sugar free mix that's on sale. I drink 1/2 water with 1/2 cranberry juice. and Home brewed green tea. I use regular sugar, though.

I like Sobe0. There are several flavors and they have extra vitamins in them.

Powerade Zero, Target has a product like cristal light with different flavor similar but yet different from cristal light (lemonade, Margarita..ect)

I drink water mostly but sometimes I add Mio drops. My new favorite Mio is blueberry lemonade. And most days I have a cup or two of decaf herbal tea. The one I like is Celesteal Seasinings brand. A flavor called honey chamomile.

I've been buying the flavored waters (Dasani,Fruit 2o,Pure Life,etc...) but I've had small mountains of water bottles needing to be returned,so I've just looked into the Mio water drops and found that Dasani has them as well. I bought the cherry blackberry in the Mio and a pink lemonade in the Dasani both are very good .I'm planning to buy different flavors next time I go out to shop and save a few water bottles to reuse for when I'm out and about.I enjoy hot black decaf tea with powder creamer,and various Celestial Seasons brand teas as well .

@ stlucia....I love the Minute Maid Light Lemonade in cans over ice in my sippy cup. I've tried the Light Refrigerated and it's good but,still prefer the cans. I keep Crystal Light on hand for emergencys the only flavor that I care for is Lemonade Natural Pink or Plain. d

I drink smart water only and Vitamin Water Zero (it's the only non calorie drink with NATURAL sweeteners)...if I am feeling spicing up my smart water, I add a packet of True Lemon (also naturally sweetened) which comes in several flavors (black cherry limeade is my FAV!).

I stay away from artificial sweeteners, unless I am having a treat like a sugar-free popsicle. I can't stand how I feel after something artificial plus all the dyes in stuff too.

i like plain water, protein shakes, mio, and now Sonic has DIET GREEN TEA and have added some sf flavors to their menu. They now have blackberry, mango, raspberry, peach and there is one other i can't remember.

diet hot chocolate i like to drink if need something warm and i also like the zero cal flavored waters

I too was also getting tired of the crystal light already. I drink poland springs water but it has to be ice ice cold, vitamin water zero, and recently I just found the Minute Maid Light 15 lemonade and I love it! It has 15 calories and 2 grams of sugar

When water and crystal light get old I buy SoBe Lifewater with Coconut water. For some reason I like this much better than Vitamin Water. I also just like SoBe water better than most others. If worse comes to worse, I will brew some green tea in my coffee pot and drink that until I burst...This usually only happens when I know I am getting dehydrated, though.
