April Challenge - Clean up your plate! Week One SNACK ATTACK!
Remember when we were growing up and were told to clean up our plate. Well for April we are going to clean up what is on our plates!
First mission is Snacky foods! There is nothing wrong with snacks but there are wrong snacks.
This week we will identify what is in our houses for snacks - both good and bad. Report back here during the first week of April with a list rating what you find 1 to 5 as bad to good with 1 being the WORST and 5 being the BEST. Also include with your list a plan to eliminate or at least eat less of the worst snacks during April.
Example:
Potato chips - 1
Apple - 5
Graham crackers - 3
Lets eat healthy!
