I have three accounts with Capital One and the largest account is now in litigation they served me with summons this morning....I owe $3546+

I do not want to go bankrupt either.....I am going to go to court on date and hopefully my refund of $728 from state is in my hands to use to bargain with creditor....DA tells us to repay creditors 100% of what we owe.....I can shoot for that in time.....but not immediately.....

I would contact capital one or if it's the collection agency and see if you could do a payment plan..

it is beyond that stage already.....it is scheduled in court.....so if I contact anyone it is the attorney.....and I plan to do that when I get my tax return and a loan on my whole life insurance into my hands and can deal with making a deal with them hopefully I can stave off having to drive down town to the courthouse....

So mad at Xfinity! They're trying to charge me $115 per month for the same service I had been paying $50 the last four years.
