Hi gals! well, my 22 yr old son got his first taste of Mama's Fog today as I struggled for like, 15 minutes to write a list for the grocery store in town and make a dinner decision. He actually have the yoo hoos to say "I'm waiting". If I'd have been in my right mind I might have hurled a glass at him! (or at the very least a nectarine, which was handy). To top this incredible moment off, his girlfriend is standing there with him and eyeballing me as I struggle, I think I've decided not to like her now. Tee hee. Oh no, uncovered (about time) for him to maybe kinda sorta grasp a little of what goes on. Now, what he does with it remains to be seen. Peace and joy, and I, for one, am ready for the weekend.

Oh that darn fog. I have forgotten so many things today alone, it's crazy. It's hard for others to understand the fog. There are so many times that I can't find the words I want to say. That drives me nuts. Hang in there.

Ah, someone needs to be videotaped while he's drunk, so you can tehn show him how "on the ball" he always is.... Or something... Yeah, fog got me today. Took me four tries to remember why I was staring at my underwear drawer. Not a good sign....

Oh yeah. I've noticed the connection between an increase in pain and errors in noting dates, doing a calculation and writing the correct spelling of words. Ach--what can you do? It's the fibro.

You should have hurled the nectarine :-) and definitely tape son when drunk, then there'll be less lip from him and the girlfriend...tee hee as you say...

With me it's been my dyslexia getting so much worse; spoonerisms all the way now...switching letters around in a rather confusing way...'par cark' for 'car park' being a prime example, sigh. Others may laugh, me not so much.

Oh my yes Fibro Fog....I cant even remember what happened last week if I don't write it down. So forgetful and I can be in a convo and totally blank out. I know how that is.
