I am fluffing the tree today. My pain level especially in my hands is so high right now. I decided on an all white theme this year. I know it sounds boring but it is really very pretty when done right.

I had heart burn late in the afternoon and had trouble laying down last night. Up early this morning with the burn again. This is getting old.

I've switched to almond milk, rice milk, coconut milk.... all non dairy stuff now. And I'll snack on rice crackers and rice bread (toast).

'Twins do you have a Nettie Pot? I used to get sinus infections a lot but started using one regularly and haven't had an infection for over a year now.
I had to run to Michaels because I forgot we didn't have but a few white ornaments. I also got three large rolls of white fur ribbon to make it look like snow in the tree. Ok so I am doing more than I said I was so shoot me. I have about fifty different white candles that will go out so it will be well lit in here. Off to fluff a tree.
My mother failed to follow the doctors and is back on Norco due to pain. My sister is a bit frustrated at this point. Mom rode a regular bike and not a recumbent bike and then took off her brace for several hours instead of a few minutes. So someone has to sleep over again. Hoping that this is a tempo glitch.
