Sorry to hear you are in such a bad place at the moment.
I have suffered bad pain too in the past and had panic attacks because of it. The best advice anyone ever gave me is......

By this I mean you need to change something if you feel you are not coping my friend. Get help to change your meds and find something better that works for you.
Hope you feel better soon, message me if you need a friend to help you through.
Hugs from England. x
Instead of fearing the pain, I put my effort into doing what I can ahead of the pain doing what it does. I hope this helps you find a better place with the flare-up.
You are definitely not alone.
Hope you are able to find a moment of calm.
