My sleep Dr actually diagnoised it today and sent messages to all my other main Drs. My psych nurse when i talked to her said she always thought i was never knew it wasnt down. I have no focus, i go from topic to topic, i am very unorganized, caffeine calms me down and lowers my blood pressure and heart rate more than heart meds do even, i cant shut my mind off to sleep, my mom my sperm donor my brother and nephew all have it. Benedryl makes me hyper, and the list goes on. He said its one reason i dont sleep well and dont get REM sleep. I will be going on a cpap next week with oxygen down to 1 liter. Lose 50 lbs and he said i wont need either the oxygen or cpap. Anyone have hints on dealing with the problem with sticking to stuff and getting organized with ADHD? He said to try taking midnite

Today (August 8) is INternational Cat Day. Don't click away! International DOG day is August 26! Both were created to raise aweareness and funds for the well-being of critters. We have many such dayts, to the pint that every day is like an old Catholic saints' day calendar: Take your pick!I'm home, obvs, and still ill. Left calf and foot not great after a tangle-fall, but i'll live. Just can't...

I’d start by setting up a reasonable routine to follow every day. Write it down. I have a routine that I follow for each day of the week. No, I don’t have ADHD but I find my routine helps to control anxiety.
I take Mid Nite every day to help me sleep. It’s great because I can take any time and I won’t have a hangover in the morning. I use the CVS version. Same ingredients and costs less.
Look for a ADHD group on DS. That could be very helpful.
Try not to get overwhelmed by this latest diagnosis. Knowledge is power. You have beat so many other things. You can figure out how to manage this too. Hugs!
