Hello all! I am new to the group. I was dx's with fibromyalgia in 2010. Oh how my life as changed over the years (which im sure we can all relate). I'm not good at reaching out, but I am at a point where it is a must. My memory loss is terrifying, the fatigue from the pain and lack of sleep has affected my abilities to work or function, and my moods have caused difficulty in my relationship. I've been so angry and can't seem to manage my outbursts. Ugh! I also have anxiety, depression, and ptsd, which is so overwhelming. I feel so lost! I'm looking forward to having contact with others who can relate. Maybe this is the light at the end of my tunnel. Well that's all for now....

Many people here found the book Fibromyalgia for Dummies very useful. And for the social aspect, Leo hosts a daily check-in where everyone that feels like it has a chat about their day.
Hope your day is as good as can be expected, and welcome again.
Again, welcome to the group!
Hope you accept. Will talk later
