Very sad today because after years of misdiagnosis and struggles with doctors 1 year ago I quite by accident received a wonderful doctor that was open to listening (miracle) and alternative methods of treatment for fibro and migraines. Got the letter this week that he is leaving...don't know who I will get now. So disappointed and just had to vent because you all know how important and blessed we are when we get a good doctor.

My long time doctor of 20 years closed her practice in February of 2013 & I am still searching for that "doctor." My search is compounded by the fact that I can't take any of the meds & I am a senior citizen & on Medicare (some doctors will not accept me for that reason).
One of the doctors I have been to in the last 3 years told me when I brought up my fibro said to me "Well, you've had it for a long time now." Seems if they can't write a prescription they don't know what to do.
