Just wondering if anyone has tried juice plus and if so we're there any noticeable benefits? A friend of mine has become a rep for the company and has been putting up a lot of testimonials from people with fibro saying it has worked really well with helping reduce pain levels and increase energy. However, meds can affect nutrient absorption, so can stress, and so forth. So if you can *afford* a trial run? Give it a trial run.
Most such things I'v efound are snake oil, buyer beware, and run it past a doctor before you do anything, maybe? You can get sick from *hyper* vitaminosis (too much vitamin or mineral), too.
Luck and blessing.
