I'm so excited! Except I'm trying not to get my hopes up because I still have to see if they accept my offer. But it's cute, on a quiet little dirt road that actually isn't far from the highway (so it won't take forever and a day to get to work), the back yard is smallish but big enough for a dog, and it's lined with trees-it's the little things lol. The house itself is a small modular home but appears to be in good shape aside from some small things, plus it's not part of a park. No judgement against people who live in trailer parks, my issue with them is not wanting to be that close to my neighbors, and not wanting to adhere to rules about what pets I can have, etc. Sorry I've been posting so much about all this stuff, please keep your fingers crossed for me!!!
