So the seller countered my offer, and I ended up accepting. So I just bought a house!! :D I swear though, the past 2 days have been so stressful. I left work early on Friday to drive an hour out of my way to send paperwork to the realtor because the bank wasn't getting it to them, and the second I emailed it to her the bank called me to say they had just sent it. I had plans with a friend and didn't get home until 10 pm-I had left the house at 7 am for work. Yesterday my mom and I took a bus trip to NYC for the day. So I get up at 4:30 am and the back of both of my knees and the front of one ankle are bright red, really itchy (like cannot stop scratching itchy) and they were 100% normal the night before. So I used about half a tube of Hydrocortisone cream and took a ton of Benadryl throughout the day. I had to look up the amount a human can take in a day because I know the dose for dogs and cats, but that's much higher than the usual dose in people. Up to 300mg per day is safe, in case anyone is wondering. So there was that, plus not getting much sleep, then on the ride down my mom was telling me my twin sister was going to look into buying a condo or something and it was motivated by me looking for a house. Out of curiosity I asked if she was going to help my sister with the down payment (just in case it came up in conversation). My mom said yes but she will give her less than she gave me because I worked really hard at saving and my sister screwed around; then she added that she helped her out in college (bought her a car), but didn't help me because I was "screwing around". By screwing around, she means having a nervous breakdown to he point of being suicidal...so wtf. Then she gave me shit for being anxious about losing the house. But despite all the stress and anxiety, she also told me that she and my dad are probably not going to charge me to live with them since it's only going to be like 2 months, max. And they are going to help me make some cosmetic changes to the house.

Sorry this was so long! I'm excited and all the stress will be worth it in the end!

Congrats on the house! It is an exciting time. Now try to take it easy and take things as they come. I moved into my mobile two years ago and it was so stressful. I've moved many times in my life yet after coming down with fibro, moving is such a big deal. Not having the same energy level has much to do with that. After you get moved in it will be worth it though. Keep us posted:)

Thanks all! I'm excited despite the fact that I've been burning the candle at both ends for a week straight! I'm moving in with my parents this weekend so after that's over things should hopefully calm down some; I just have to get through the weekend (the move into the new house will be easy because I won't need to unpack most of my stuff in the 6 weeks I'll be living w/the parents). My ex is coming Saturday to pick up some of his stuff and I'm totally dreading it. If he asks me to take him back after having that conversation 6 times already I might just lose it. But at least I have a lot of other things to think about, like how I want to decorate the new house :) I really appreciate everyone's support on here!
