Morning Leo, Dixie is adorable!

Still raining here. It may not stop til tomorrow morning, and I'm sick of it. Everything is soggy. The wind has been bad, but not enough to lose power or anything. We're not getting the worst of it, I'm sure.
Mikis paw is better, probably just a minor soft tissue injury. Glad it's not a big deal. I'm hoping the phone stays slow today, we only have appointments until noon (regular doctor is on vacation and slow doctor is here today) so I'm hoping to call a couple dentists in the area. Even if I extract this tooth, idk if I want my current one to do it and I'll probably feel better getting a second opinion on it. I'm hoping I can get in somewhere soon to deal with this because it sucks to have to be super careful every time I put something in my mouth.

Here at long last. It's been a crazy day.

My partner has finally gotten around to working on the driveway. I had purchased some crack sealer in May and patch material. I took a wild guess on how much was needed. We needed more so I had to go out and find some. It's in high demand now so that made things more difficult. I wiped out the supply at Menards of crack sealer. Then I went to Lowes for speed patch. They didn't have any out in an obvious place. It was all up on pallets near the ceiling. The first Highlo had a bad battery. It took forever to get the pallet down. This stuff should be readily available at this time of year...screams.

Waiting on when the cats that are being neutered will be back.

I was able to get an appointment for this Friday to see the ortho hand surgeon. They had a cancellation. That was a miracle.

Miki - I'm glad that Miki's paw is OK. I'm so sorry that you have to live with a bad tooth (again). Be safe going home.
