oh god hon I am so sorry,,, Is this after the hearing.. I am also waiting for mine, Dont give up that is what they want, but i do understand ,, dont know how long i can keep taking my own advice.. Hugs to you and Hang in there, It can only get better in our situation.

Get a lawyer and keeping going at them - eventually most people are approved. They structure the system so that a lot of people give up - don't be one of them.

Has anyone used Allsup?
I went through medical disibility with my work and I don't think I could do it on my own again. (They laughed at me when I told them even my eyelids hurt!)
I have heard Allsup is good. But don't know.

I am so very sorry Loryn and LatinaLove and if you do not have a attorney would get one. Don"t give up. They make the process so difficult and stressful is truely sad. I have heard allot of people have used and had good luck with Allsup. Can go to their website and has the info to contact them. Agree with Peace reply #2.

First time I was denied I cried and shredded the letter. Second time I got a lawyer and went to a hearing. I won on mental illness though, but I have been told my fibro is the cause of my mental problems.Now in a lovely twist of fate I cannot collect anymore becuase my husband now works OT.
All I got to say is be sure you want the headache before you get it. I have my regrets.

I want you to be strong. Most people I know were denied once or twice. I won because I hired a well regarded Disability attorney.
So, take a big breath and get your battle gear on.

i just filed for my social security benefits well see what happens for goodness sakes im only 36 hope maybe i can be retrained if all dosent work i am hopeful and have faith i love being a nurse and am currently working on my rn upgrade which could offer me a desk job

I will definitely get an attorney. Giving up is not an option for me.

They always deny the first time, file an appeal. You will win on the 2nd or 3rd try probably.

dont give up hun ...i tryed the 3rd time i got it .....hang in there i know how u feel but u will get it go right back now and reply again dont wait ...i did get a laywer the 3rd time ....u will get it ..i almost gave up but glad now i didnt ....hugs ....
