Isser Harel, founder of Mossad, Israel's intelligence agency, on Sept.23,1980, made this comment:
"America id deveoping a tolerance for terrorism. The United Steates has the power to fight terrorism, but not the will; the terrorists have the will, but not the power"
He was asked if terrorism would come to the U.S.
"Oil buys more than tents. You in the West kill a fly and rejoice. In the Middle East, we kill one, and one hundred flies come to the funeral. Yes, I fear it will come in time"
When asked where, he stated:
"New York is the symbol of your freedom and capitalism. It's likely they will strike there first at your tallest building, because it's your greatest fertitility [phallic] symbol, and it is a symbol of your power."
My question to you is:
Do you think America has built up a tolerance for terrorism? Still? Do you feel safe that our government has now taken the necessary acts to protect the U.S.?

I think that the US has created its enemy. I think that we have created more terrorists than we have ever captured or stopped. I think that we have open our doors, baked them cookies, and invited them to high tea.
I also think that our government has taken "necessary acts to protest the US", but those acts they took are doing nothing to protect us.
Okay, now give me a minute to put on my Kevlar Vest before you start the attack.
In what way to you feel we have created terrorists (enemies)?
I also find it intresting that this Iser Herror fellow from Israel new what was going to happen before it happened and we did not take any precautions.
I wonder if this wont end in some all out world war and if it does then God help us all as I dont believe we are safe from the evil at our door but we are not safe from the evil that walks among us either
So what do you feel our government should be doing?
I think we have made improvements, but there are money issues and personal rights issues that impede the process.
I personally do not care if someone was to track my coming and goings out of the United States, on the other hand I am not crazy about the idea of the goverment knowing how I spend my every dime and who I give money to. Just because I give money to Unicef that should not put me on a watch list.
I do believe we are more vigiliant and aware since 9-11. Before that I think there was this feeling that no one would dare attack us for fear of retaliation.
I do in general believe we are safer than we were but safe enough, who knows?
We do need to keep in mind that all things cost money.
The question is are we willing to give up our money and freedoms for more protection? It is easy to say, not so easy to do.
Students arent made to work at school any more. Kids are dying in our streets from violence, malnutrition and abuse from their own families. We are one of the richest nations in the world but for all we have there are so many that suffer. We are so hypocritical in some of our thinking - how could you not stand back and judge us badly in some areas.

We created more enemies when we went to war, which was based on lies given to us by our lovely President Bush(yes being sarcastic) The American people wanted revenge for 9/11 however. Osama Binladin is still out there free! So, Saddam Hussein was caught but it was not him that was the backbone behind 9/11 and now the Al-kida is stronger than ever. Bush had the oppurtunity to stop 9/11 from happening and chose not to.
This war that our people fight everyday is now a civil war and a religious war. We think we should change their ways and their beliefs.
I ask all of you if some other country came here and demanded we think different, to accept another God and way of life how open would you be to changing your beliefs.
We are there for all the wrong reasons! Our soldiers that are coming back are being ignored. Their benefits are being shut off. They are put in hospitals not fit for stray cats.
I am disgusted by the who war and especially digusted by Pres. Bush. He should be held responsible for what he has done. He is no better than Saddam!
I think that Bush had a personal agenda for invading Iraq and it wasnt to defend us or anyone else.
I have said for years we need to stop funding other countries and start taking care of our own country.
