Hello everyone. I had a question to ask. My feet are ALWAYS freezing cold. Since im relatively new to having fibromyalgia, i was wondering if it is related? Also, my emotions have been all over the place recently. Do any of you know how to cope with the mood changes?

I also have a stash of those one size fits all thin black gloves everywhere & pretty much wear them fall to spring because my hands hurt when they get cold,
I wear sweaters and sit with a blanket when everyone else in my house doesn't - kids could be in t shirts !
Heat holder socks which are available on Amazon work really well. My partner always has cold feet and he really loves these socks.
As for mood swings, that is a pretty common issue. Let's face it, chronic pain is debilitating. You would not be human if you weren't having a moment now and then. But, if you are really struggling, see a professional. Many of us see someone for extra support. Cognitive Behavioral therapy will give you tools to better cope with chronic illness.
And finally, if you don't have the book "Fibromyalgia for Dummies" which is available on Amazon, buy it. This is the book that we recommend to people who are new to this complex illness.

Also, when my primary gave me a blood test she said my iron was low too. So for me it’s both that contribute.
