How is this lockdown affecting you?
At first, working from home instead of going into the office was just great! More flexible time, not having to deal with the negative elements/people of the office, etc.
But now, the "office" is enchroaching into my home! It seems like they expect me to be on-all 24-hrs! This blurring of work/personal life is getting weird and is starting to stress me out. I find my fibro flaring up!
On one hand, this lockdown is cutting down on the usual excess stimulation that mentally/physically tires me out. On the other hand, this "isolation" is depriving me of positive outside/social activities/stimulations to distract myself from the negative things; so now, the negative stuff becomes a bigger focus! This in turn leads to depression, stress, fibro flare...
Do you have similar experience? Any advice?
Peeps - Sorry this is late. I lost all motivation late yesterday and then had a really bad night. Pretty sure that I was awake every hour on the hour. And, at 3 AM, Smurf threw up on the bed. Naturally, I have an appointment today too.I will check back in later. I just wanted to get us started!
