I'm new to daily strength, but found the site when doing a search regarding fibro and Achille's tendonitis. I'm considering having surgery and I wanted to find out if any members have had surgery to correct a tendonitis issue and if there were any negative side effects of the surgery due to fibro. Any information would be helpful! My name is Christina, I'm 44 years old and was diagnosed with fibro about 15 years ago. I cope pretty well, but fibro-fog kills me. I'd like to be more active, but the tendonitis pain has increased exponentially since I started walking more last year.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
