He wants WI for the cheese.
Totally kidding but I think we should get FL. It'd serve them right. Everyone else out of the state.
Rew for pres?!
Advocate, I agree, the guy is an idiot for saying they have the highest recidivism rate compared to
Any other offense, yet, he does point out that majority is due to parole violations, at least that was the truth. He should have gone on further to say that the sexual recidivism is reported at 1.8% by the CDCR, which is one of the lowest reoffense rates of all crimes.

create your whole town or city. everything run by registrants. laundromats, pharmacies, grocery stores, etc.
wonder if you could pass a law that non-sex offenders are not allowed within city limits??? or at least residency restrictions banning non-offenders?
Why? To me, going to a "special place" to live is only affirming how society is trying to paint us all-----too dangerous and too predatory to live with others. Everyone may not look at it as I do, but those are my thoughts.
A "colony" would be like a prison in the free world. Allowing myself to go to a "special" place would be like me giving up. Trust me, I still have a helluva lot of fight in me.
Folks, we are American citizens. We pay taxes like everyone else. Why should we accept a second or third class citizenry designation???
Other people may not believe this, but every person here has worth as a human being, every person here matters, every person here has dignity, and every person here has the right to expect to be treated with decency.
Agreeing to live in a special community is like throwing away part of your dignity. Losing you dignity is bad enough, but one you lose your dignity, you will begin to lose your self-respect, and then you are finished as a person on this planet.
There are some really bad guys on the registry, yes, but they do not frequent this forum. The fact that we are hated is not our problem; it is the problem of an uneducated, ignorant, and biased public who has been hoodwinked by the media and politicians to believe that everybody on the registry is dangerous and just waiting to molest a child in the future.
When I was on the registry after being released from prison, my attitude was this-----"I am here to stay and if anyone else does not like it, then that is just too bad. They better get used to it because I am going nowhere."
We have to stay united to fight these injustices.

(:?)
Living in any segregated community is where I would draw the line.
When I was in prison I got into a heated debate with my case manager over my refusal to enroll in a court ordered sex offender treatment program there at the prison. The case manager told me I had to go and I told him, "no, I am not going. I am not guilty. I was not guilty before I got to prison, I am not guilty now, and I will not be guilty of this crime when I leave."
I also explained that I was not even eligible for their sex offender treatment program, since to enroll the inmate has to admit guilt, which is something I would never do.
He said, "Then I will have to lock you down and give you a program failure."
I stood up and he said, "Where do you think you are going?"
I said, "I am going to lockup. Let's go."
The point is that at some point, you have to stand your ground and not budge. I would never go to any damn incarceration city or whatever they wanted to call it.
