States with no residency Restirctions

What are some states with no residency restrictions and maybe states where I can see my kids play sports and states where I just verify my address and not everything that I own, and where I work, and if I have a cell phone, and everything else.

i am looking at NH for the daughter and i. but it will be 10yrs before she gets out so i have time.

Please somebody can tell me whether Virginia has residency restrictions.

I've been looking but I think I'm to nervous and what I read no makes much sense to me.

Advocate- The NE States all have that plastered across their registry sites but of course it hasnt stopped some vigilantes. Up here they also plaster similar warnings on the court sites where you can look up cases.

Overall though up here is much better than other states and especially NH which has are it illegal to pass residency restrictions. Ct taxes can be high though so you have to be careful as to which town you choose.

same with maine. we lived in maine for about 4yrs and we both loved it but the cost of living is freaking expensive! and the taxes are high too!

Kansas doesn't have any residency restrictions, but they do stamp your license/ID that you are a SO. I figure that's not THAT big of a deal, I already do most of the driving and I'll buy the alcohol when we buy, so there shouldn't be too many reasons for hubby to have to show his ID.

We don't live there (hubby is still in prison) yet, but it's probably where we'll end up when he's off of parole since that's where his family lives. August 2018 can't get here soon enough.

Wow Frog! NH made it illegal to pass residency restrictions? Awesome - so there are none on state or local level? How about the park and school issue?

There is awa here and residency restrictions .if you in pro or parole .here they are changing lotsa things .even halloween been extended this year curfew .oct 23 to nov 3rd .6am to 6 pm if on paper ..
