Arizona has residency restrictions for Tier 3 ONLY plus you must have a "Dangerous" crime. (Defined by statute).

Otherwise Arizona DOES NOT have presence restrictions at all. You are not banned from going anywhere. You can pick up your kids up from school, take them to a park, etc.
And you will not be banned from being with your kids or living with them.

And finally as far as the information they require when you register is just Your name, address, phone number, vehicle license plate number. You DO NOT have to disclose where you work. And you do not have to "check-in" annually or at all. The only time you re-register is if you move.

In Arizona you would not be labeled a "Dangerous" crime violation if you were 16 at the time. That designation is for adults convictions. You would not have residency restrictions here in Arizona.

Unfortunately, in Arizona it is lifetime registration as well.

Maryland has no residency restrictions and you can go to parks, etc. For schools and day cares, you must get written permission to be on the property. The only exception is if a school happens to be your voting poll place and you're there on election day to vote.

It is an awa state, so everyone's on the public registry and you are required to give your full address for home, work and school, description and license plates of all vehicles you own and use, and all internet identifiers and phone numbers. The registry will not display your internet and phone number info, but it will have your full address and your vehicle info on it.

Utah has no restrictions either

Although still in the Utah Statute, an SO is not required to provide on line identifiers except for any email address, as per the State Supreme Court, never mind Doe vs Shurtleff, the state decided it wasn't worth the expense......BTW, Mark Shurtleff, fmr Atty Gen. of Utah is currently under indictment for corruption.

The work address does not appear on the public site, nor do the email and phone #.
