That pdf is like the same kind of document that a state has just less 'junk' in it... It is about sentencing, supervised release and revocation. that appears to be for all crimes, not just exclusively sex offenders. I am guessing that the US DOJ doesn't have an exclusive SO manual as they do not have to deal with the 'registry' as it is each state that runs those... and I haven't been able to find anything that indicates that there is one available unless they are per each office and their own policies.
Have you asked the clerk of courts in the FL Fed court to forward the final documents and sentencing declarations up to the PO? Coming from a court, it might hold more weight or this might be something that your new attorney could arrange?
I have the court order right from our attorney in Miami.
He says we shouldn't have to go thru all this, that it's plain as day and we should take it to the POs supervisor.. but I want to make it really clear and run it thru the judge up here. I'm sure there won't be a problem with him. Floriduh judges are a lot more harsh then the ones up here.
My son went for treatment last night.. will update that experience later.
