This would be just another story of law enforcement getting their hands caught in a cookie jar, but I had to link to it for just his mug shot.

Look at his shirt. ha ha

For everyone here who has endured a morning raid by one of these gangsters with badges, just picture this guy----an overweight bully. He is the type that shoots the dog, pushes the family around, and makes a general ass of himself during the raid. Just look at the eyes and the glare of this worthless piece of trash.

It would probably be easy for Advocate, LillyMom, Nako, or any of the other wonderful ladies here to imagine this guy running all over your family in a quest to look tough. I am sure the ladies here can picture this guy crashing down the door and scaring the hell out of everyone.

If he gets convicted and goes to a medium security prison, he will be the one getting "offended" as those guys hate sex offenders and they hate cops even more.

All the fun ceases to be fun WHEN THE RABBIT'S GOT THE GUN.

Aladdin, I guarantee if he pleads to anything he is done as a police officer. Show me one police officer who is found guilty of sexual misconduct of any kind that gets hired at another PD.

I wonder what westdenali's training and experience is with this?

and this is why we get so enraged and jump so hard and far. these guys are doing the same crap that other's are doing. and he cuts a deal so that he will only spend 5yrs in prison.

@Independent There's absolutely no guarantee he will plead to a sex offense and there are officers out there that were accused of a sex offense but for whatever reason ended up pleading to a non sex offense that were then able to get a job as a police officer elsewhere

I completely agree Aladdin if he did not rad to a sex crime he is technically eligible to be hired as a cop. I do not know of a PD that would hire him though. In this era of gotcha journalism don't you think a reporter would find this out and make a name for themselves embarrassing a cop if they got hired somewhere else?

This just showed up today and goes along with this conversation - not a sex crime but it still impacted this woman's life in an extremely bad way - I love that the judge gave the prosecutor hell and I love that he said the cop should be punished - it does seem that the judge is not buying the "I simply made a mistake " thing from the cop

i for one would love to know the reason for the transfer? is it a simple transfer? did he request it? or is this punishment via the ASA and the cop??? did the cop just go back to same old, same old?
